How long will it take to finalise a claim?

Normally RAF and or any other claim for compensation are a Legal process and take time to finalize.

A third party claim takes between two and three years to finalize but in some cases, it can even take longer, depending on the availability of evidence.

At Quaestio Forensic Assessors we investigate the merits or cause of the accident or incident first to establish negligence.

Once we can prove negligence against a third party or person, we will act according to the proof of our evidence and will inform clients of what the Legal implications will be.
